Warranty Coverage

All repairs come with a standard warranty covering defects in workmanship and parts. If your device experiences issues related to the repair within the warranty period, we will fix it at no additional cost. If an extended warranty is available, it will be mentioned on your receipt and our technician will inform you at the time of service.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • If we are unable to complete the repair as promised
  • If the repair fails within the warranty period and cannot be fixed
  • If you cancel before we begin work on your device

Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Diagnostic fees (if repair is not possible)
  • Repairs completed successfully but damaged by user after repair
  • Water damage repairs that cannot be fully restored
